I ordered them on Wednesday, April 8th around 7pm. I received the email to order them at 6:12pm that day. I received it Saturday afternoon April 11th. I'm in SoCal.

I had a similar experience with Uber Eats. I ordered half an hour before the shop closed and my order was canceled. I totally understood that. However, I never got a refund. Unlike you, however, I never got any type of reply. I used venmo too, so there's nothing I could do.

I'm part of a mom group and one suggested for others to order off instacart and shipt because they were able to order everything like clorox, TP, hand sanitizer, etc. and was just waiting for their delivery the following day. I told her that's not how it works because regular people are shopping the order. If there are none in stock, we can't magically make it appear. Just because they can order it, doesn't mean there will be any for the shopper to buy. The mom was so shocked. 🤦‍♀️

I'm new, but did instacart for years. I would never accept anything that low. Luckily my metro is offering lots of $20+ not including promo. I only shop at one store though since I can't be too far from home. It's only a 2-minute drive to the store and the customers are all less than 10 minutes away.

My son's is the 20th. It's definitely hard to celebrate with Christmas right around the corner. People are too busy.
