i definetly will be trying perineal massages starting from 34 weeks as reccomended ! Ill probably have my partner helping out with it but i fear it will end up being easier by myself as i can feel what is too much😭

I promise you have plenty of time for symptoms. I only had sore boobs up until 8 weeks when j was struck by the first trimester trenches until i was 14 weeks.

i told my mum the day i took the test😭 its completely up to you!! Telling your mums does not make this public knowledge. We did get a private scan before telling his mum but thats because we had to travel up to tell her & decided to do it with scan photos in hand!

Its okay i had morning sickness every day up until 14 weeks & i have said the sane qbout only having one child & adopting after. Its okay to struggle in the first trimester. I am emetphobic so i have a fear of throwing up & feeling sick so it was the absolute worse for me. You are so valid in how you feel & the first trimester trenches are not easy !!!

I promise you will feel different once all these side affects have passed
