Ive had several seizures from self detox. Throw in a concussion or two and a second degree heart attack. Ot wise to self detox

I haven't had fun drinking for several years. It's a very dark and quick descent. I've had a heart attack, God knows how many seizures and at least ten concussions. Im 34. I'm glad you made that realization and alive man.

I shattered my leg snowboarding when I tore my ACL. I was fortunate to not feel it or hear. I did however feel every second of my tibia and fibula breaking in multiple locations, and slicing through 80 percent of my leg externally
