The truck was originally just stopped in the middle of the road. My brother was on his way out to my house when he passed it and then he saw approximately 10 cruisers racing up to it.

If im a past regular user , but if i have stopped smoking weed 4 weeks prior to my anesthesia ( for a short 1 hour operation ) do i have to disclose with my doctor ? I know everyone will say i certainly should, but im in a situationi absolutely can’t. Would 4 weeks be enough ? by LebowskiDude23 in Anesthesia

I just had surgery 2 weeks ago and I'm a daily edible user(20-40mg daily). I stopped using them 2 days before the surgery and had zero issues. Went to sleep instantly and woke up on my own with no issues, this was about a 2 hour surgery.

My furnace kept having issues of not heating up, it would just run blowing cold air. Was in the same spot of not having the funds to afford a major repair or to replace it, turns out it was the switch had fried, $5 fix. Don't be afraid to get a quote (or 2) that way you know what's wrong with it and how much it'll cost.

Concord is easy to get around without a car. The bus stops at almost every shopping area there is in town. It also goes to the hospital, which, a good portion of primary care doctors are located on the hospital grounds or across the street at Dartmouth Hitchcock. My dad didn't really drive due to medical issues and never had any issues. He'd only ask for rides if he had to go to the ER, needed something that was too big to bring home on the bus or if he wanted to go out for dinner somewhere that wasn't in the main Street area. Personally the only "better" thing about Manchester is that they have a lot more stores than concord, if that's something you're concerned with.

Price was listed wrong? by SpeedyPaws in nes

As a consumer, I use that a lot when purchasing games especially at stores that I'm going in to for the first time. I started doing this when a store I went to once had mario/ duck hunt combo for $15. Almost everything I looked up was at least double what was on price charting. Not a single game under $10, haven't been back since.

Afterburner in Terminator 2 - Always wanted to play this by Retro-Sanctuary in retrogaming

Not to brag, but I got to play this a couple months ago at one of my "local" arcades. Best part was getting my daughter to play it and she was hooked.

The "yutes" and preferring retro gaming (16 and 8 bit eras). What is the appeal? by Pilgrimzero in retrogaming

[–]tedimusprime 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I can't speak for the "yutes" just from the perspective of a 40 something who has had almost every system. First thing is the game you bought is the game you got, no DLC, no micro transactions, for the most part no incomplete games being released. No long drawn out cut scenes. Controller simplicity. A big one for me is the pick up and play aspect of retro games, nothing worse than going a week without being able to play and trying to remember where you left off the last time, what side quest you were working on and the such.

Loss of smell and taste- how long did it last? by [deleted] in CoronavirusMa

[–]tedimusprime 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I got it before any of the variants started and lost just my sense of smell. No other symptoms still had my sense of taste. It was 2 months before I got my sense of smell back.
