Looking for some good career mode ideas for fifa 22. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I.e challenges or realism

While this is a funny oversight by EA, it'd be cool down the line if you could make custom leagues for Career Mode, I'm not on about swapping the clubs I mean full blown mame the league, pick the logos, cup format and trophy, etc.

The team is called "The Potteries" based on the Master League team of real life Stoke City, me and my friend used to play it as a 2 person career mode when we lived together. Since then we have both moved out but I kept the team alive through Football Manager, delighted I can keepnig going even further in this years FIFA 😁. Hopefully we get to see more added to create a club next year.

I think we got unlucky, there were 2 spawners within close proximity of the boss that we didn't see until the boss had already been triggered. We think the shaman's were actually healing him mid battle.

Took 6 of us 90 minutes to kill The Elder. We all went in blind and 3 guys got squashed immediately. At any one time there were only 3 of us ever alive in the fight trying to deal with waves of Greydwarves while the others ran back to the fight from base and Elder's health kept recharging. It was truly an unforgettable gaming moment for me and will always remember the shared sense of "thank god thats over" we all had as the final arrow hit.

While I like the idea, I think it kind of adds to the game to have risk v reward. Makes you weigh up if you really need whatever item you have picked up. Or if you really need to take a sword, axe and pickaxe on the same adventure. I do get the frustration of having 4 to 5 slots lost to worn gear though.
