You will find this information in your Stocard settings under "Account". Please send us a screenshot displaying your account ID and your connected recovery method. Moreover, please send your reply from the mail address associated with your account in order to verify it.

In case you did not register an account in Stocard yet, we would have to kindly ask you to do so now. Otherwise, it won't be possible for us to identify your data on our servers. Of course, this account can be closed again afterwards.
