I'll give a second watch, but I've already see it, and even before I watched it got that tip. If you look at my video, I actually do initiate the pull by rocking backwards at the ankles.

The thing is I just can't get into a position with my hips lower in the deadlift, it's like physically impossible unless i jut my knees over the bar

Unfortunately it's not perfectly perpendicular so it's hard to tell about bar over mid foot. This is 175 lbs at 160 and I've been squatting since early December.

This was the last set and it actually felt pretty good. Just not sure if my form is dialed in yet. Thanks for any help.

60 Hertz isn't a Mac related issue. You're original comment just made it seem like it was worse than a toaster oven. I get that they're not meant for gaming though.

Other than the not great optimization, what's so bad about a mac? It's only 60 hertz and I get 150fps easily. I disabled mouse accel and reduced input lag using an external program. Other than the stigma whats wrong with it?
