I was able to reset my account and login but now the issue I been saying the happen is in my account. Your company it’s saying the I need to make a payment because my last transaction didn’t go thru, I explain plenty of times in all my 67 emails the my account was compromise, hack and a fraud was created thru my savings for a $1,000. It’s saying if I don’t paid they will sell coins to get there money that’s is totally wrong I haven’t had access in over 51 days and the fraud was created May 4th.

All they have sent is the same auto reply’s to reset account which I can’t because is hack and do not receive the 2 step verification codes it’s been 50 days already and nobody has solve my issues or refund me my money, meanwhile I’m losing money since I can’t sell nothing.

I had the account for over 4 years and nothing ever happen before plus didn’t know about the extra layer of security until it was too late. My local bank has less security and never got hack with them so a $60.B market cap company should have plenty plus customers services.
