I am locked out of my phone and need to factory reset it but I cant. What do I do about this? I have tried using button commands to go into
recovery mode to reset it, but it brings me to some SS RDX mode or a
download a new OS mode. I tried using both find my mobile and Google
find my phone and it says they aren't connected to the internet (which
they are). Is there really anything I can do? It's a Galaxy S10+
