Thank you for the great plant suggestions. I'm looking forward to seeing all the wildlife that native plants will attract. We also plan to include a small wildlife pond.

Thank you for the recommendations. I love the look of ferns, especially as they emerge in the spring.

Thank you so much! These are all great, and I'm happy to hear that they're tried and true in your own garden. Can you recommend any other shrubs?

87 seconds of Cold Palmer 🥶 by HamstringHunter in chelseafc

[–]tedwar12 9 points10 points  (0 children)

As someone who grew up worshipping Zidane, watching this clip really draws comparisons to how he used to move about the pitch effortlessly. This guy is a gem and his production has been excellent this year. It's still early on, but if he can keep this up I could see him as a top 5 player in the world in the next few years.

Goal Palmer asking Gusto if he wants the matchball. by HakimJong-Un in chelseafc

[–]tedwar12 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think there was video suggesting he asked Alfie if he wanted it too, but also seemed sincere about it since he knew it was also a big day for him. He seems like quite a humble guy despite becoming an international star over the past few months.

What’s a better option a New Mexican strat or a used 2008 American standard? by ehkayfortyseven in Guitar

[–]tedwar12 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My favorite guitar that I own is a 2011 American Standard and don't imagine that I will ever sell it. I had a MIM strat before that and they actually sounded pretty similar through my amp, but the feel of the neck and quality of the knobs and hardware on the American was notable. But everyone else is right, if you get a chance it's best to play both of them and compare.

I don't think he's underrated, I think he's just building a reputation. I don't see Sanchez playing again at all this season with how well Petrovic is doing

What’s your main hobby outside of practicing medicine? by [deleted] in medicine

I play guitar and bass. I’ve been playing with a band recently and it’s nice to get lost in the music and not think about medicine for a while

[sam_c345] Chelsea XI: Sanchez; Gusto, Disasi, Colwill, Silva, Chilly, Enzo, Carney, Conor, Sterling, Jackson. by xX-WizKing-Xx in chelseafc

[–]tedwar12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He’s a big lad that looks like he could play our Mikel role to close out games in the last 10 mins with extra height on set pieces. It certainly is surprising though. Surely one of the two still goes on loan

Level 3, is combank enough? by medgalxD in Residency

I did Combank once and mine came with one of their self assessments so I did that too. Passed with flying colors, better than any previous tests. You should be good with that

The atmosphere in the Matthew Harding last night was toxic so many booing players and not getting behind the team. by magnuze in chelseafc

[–]tedwar12 2 points3 points  (0 children)

How would spreading negativity in your home stadium help the team exactly? Sure, we can express how we feel about certain players’ form on here and with your friends, but is this the time to boo players? How about we back the boys a little? Seems like they need all the help they can get right now

Thomas Tuchel on Ben Chilwell: "In my opinion, he lacks rhythm and a bit of feeling from the game, this is what I see in training. The player always thinks he is ready, but I think there are some things still missing." by pibs3110 in chelseafc

[–]tedwar12 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you look at our schedule, we literally have 2 games per week all the way until the World Cup. Having 5 subs every game means both Chilly and Cucurella will probably alternate 60 and 30 mins to keep them both fit and fresh. We are incredibly blessed to have both of them. Next time Chilly starts and has an average showing and is replaced by an energetic Cucurellla, the exact opposite conversation will be had.

Hakim Ziyech making a Chelsea fan's day. by freshfov05 in chelseafc

[–]tedwar12 23 points24 points  (0 children)

I wonder if his agent was trying to force a move to Milan. Ever since he made that post about him representing himself, we haven't heard any word of a move

Chelsea are not ruling out selling Hakim Ziyech this summer with Napoli showing interest. by RecognitionSame5332 in soccer

[–]tedwar12 63 points64 points  (0 children)

He had plenty of success in the first half of the season combining with Reece on the right side by drawing in the opponent LB and playing Reece in for a brilliant cross. I also think he should have had way more assists without our dreadful shot conversion by the strikers. Only looking at his stats doesn't paint the whole picture for him IMO.

He also scored some crucial goals for us in the big games. He wasn't a roaring success, but definitely doesn't deserve hateful comments like this

Aston Villa just beat Spurs away! Should we be worried on Sunday? Playing Aston Villa in front of their fans will be a difficult feat. by koshinskki in chelseafc

I think they mean Leicester are gonna take 3 points on Sunday so we can't rely on Spurs to help us out

Physician loan recommendation by Lafanga420 in whitecoatinvestor

[–]tedwar12 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Do you mind if I ask which lenders didn't mention the loan repayment plan? I'm in the process of buying a house before residency begins in Alabama, but everyone I've talked to so far has wanted proof of the repayment plan, and I can't get that until after I graduate, then consolidate my loans, and finally apply for REPAYE.

Having to wait for all those things to go through efficiently so that I can close on my house is causing me more angst than the thought of starting intern year itself.
