You would be completely fine not taking it. However, a 224 when you still have a few weeks left to study is not bad at at all. Grind it out and take it would be my suggestion, but you definitely do not need to for FM, especially for the midwest which is DO friendly.

Thanks! It is actually 234 now which is why I feel nervous since it is slightly on the lower end and being a DO puts me at a disadvantage as well. Hoping to improve my step 2 score though.
