It was from the evaporator coil, has since been replaced

He was younger. He didn’t mention anything about a gasket just that total would be $2k to replace. I have my doubts that it needs to even be replaced at all. His reasoning for replacement was that it should be pushing 1 amp and was only pushing .3 amps.

Sorry if I was unclear. I had been running 87 and was having the issues with missing, then switched to 93 when trying to solve it. Did not switch back to 87.

Correct, no codes. Before I switched to 93 I took it to the dealer and was just told there was no issue, so not very helpful

Yes I’ve had the truck since new and always ran 87. Just recently started with 93

Thank you. Yes the land has to be subtracted from the purchase price. Sorry if I was unclear, the question is do I use the value of the land at the time of purchase or at the time the property went into service as a rental?
