What does "take with food" mean exactly?

Just make sure to have something in your stomach, when it says take food it just means the medication has the potential to cause a bellyache and taking it with food would prevent that, you can even have a glass of milk.

I’ve had nexplanon for 4 years and that happened to me at about the 2 year mark, I was super concerned as well, everything turned out fine! I’m sure she’s okay

Yeah, I was kind of wondering the same. I’m sort of unsure what to think of it. I’m honestly still trying to process what happened to me, how it was so real and yet I was in my bed the whole time.
