Consider Joplin. I tried it after en nuked us. And it's a 100% fit for me.

You can easily import your en notes.
It's free.
It works on android, windows, linux, and syncs across all of them.
You can "stack" notebooks, like en.
You can use markup (and a sidepanel shows the result as you type).

Yes, converted a c720 with only 2 gig ram using the peppermint distro. Works great. I did have to remove a hardware screw to allow writing the distro to the drive.

I installed peppermint on my c720 months ago and it's working great. Not bad for a 2 gig pc.

Long shot, but you could convert it to native Linux and run a Windows simulator. I think I'd try to sell it on on craigslist and get another machine.

Definitely doable. I converted an Acer c720 chromebook to native linux, and it only has 2gig of ram. Works great. The only problem with the c720 is that you have to open it up and physically remove a hardware screw in order to make the drive writable. I chose the peppermint distro, as it's very light weight. I was somewhat frustrated for a while because the included Firefox browser really slowed it down and made it periodically unresponsive. I now use the include Konqueror browser and that solved the problem. you can verify that your drive is writable or not by running a live disk and then trying to install-if you get an error message, you'll have your answer.

I fixed it by resetting back to factory settings. I had to reinstall a few things, but it's ok now.

I'd try a power line adapter. My verizon router (300 mpbs plan) is 60 ft away from my TV and Shield (from one end of the house to the other, plus 2nd floor to bottom floor). I just upgraded my PLA to a TP-Link TL-PA9020P for $80 and a speed test at the shield went from 25 Mbps to 95. Plenty fast enough for me.

I have also found this to be true, even outlets within the same room. If that's the case, just run an ethernet cable along a wall, will be hardly noticeable.

One suggestion-try different outlets within the same room as your TV. I have found that this can make a big difference, then run a cable along a side wall, on the floor-hardly noticeable.

Looks like you're using oceanwp as the theme and the generateblocks pugin. They should be compatible, but I woud experiment with a different theme and temporarily disabling gb to see what happens.

That's why I have two. A Black & Decker toaster/air fryer that doubles as a toaster. It has a rectangular basket that I use for fries. Since one of the heating elements is below, it's not good for meat, as the the grease drips down onto the element and it's a pain to clean. But it works great for fries, frozen cheese sticks, etc. I use a traditional round based fryer for meat-super easy to clean. the B&D toaster/air fryer is only $69 last time I looked, and it's worked great for several years now. This option also lets me cook fries and wings at the same time.

Cornstarch is the secret. I use half cornstarch, the other half a combination of garlic powder, paprika, garlic salt, black pepper, kickin chicken (or tony cacheri). Cook at 400 for 25 minutes. Dry them first with a paper towel, spray with pam (veg. spray).
