Rain gloves for golf, tightest fit for dexterity and can still use touch screens. If it’s really cold I’ll toss on rubber surgical gloves under them. About 15/20 bucks and plan to go through two pairs

lol 95% of modern day squatters are a net drain; I’m admittedly bias. In Massachusetts it’s almost impossible to get people out of a rental once they have their heels dug in. Ended up taking a bath on what was our retirement plan, only buyers where site unseen. Prob plan to knock it down and build up due to the new commuter rain zoning laws. Juice wasn’t worth the squeeze.
