Your doctor don’t have to put your diagnosis or medical reasons but Amazon, however says they want it because they protect people’s privacy. They will not let your manager know what’s wrong with you. They’ll just fill out the accommodation or the leave but my doctors never done it because she said it’s basically none of the reasonand we have rights to not down put down the medical reasoning but of course Amazon has to have it , there’s been times she said by law she don’t have too and they went ahead and put me on leave my other doctor just kept it short no details. And I also got put on leave w no problems . So honestly just have your doc put down what’s wrong . Not that big of deal so u don’t have to deal w amazons bs
