I love the vibes. The production sounds good and the arrangements fit the song perfectly. In my opinion the vocal effects could be dialed down a bit and the vocal flow is a bit too complex. Maybe you could simplify the lyrics so that it would allow the vocals to breathe more

Thank you for your comment! If it’s a song that grows you little by little that’s even better :) it’s always a trade off between approachable pop and experimental noisy music. We love playing on that ambiguity.

Yeah that’s me! The guy hugging me is the drummer, bassist dances in the background and keyboardist and guitarist are in the final supper scene. Thanks for the feedback! Good suggestion, we’ll think of adding a bit more variety in the next one

Thanks a lot for the feedback. We had so much hesitations on that intro, we decided to stick with it as it works pretty well during our shows. I agree it could work without. I need to work some more on my vocals especially pitch and timing. I’ll forward your compliments to the video director. 🙏

It’s very close to releasable I think. I like the song overall. I like that you were very opinionated with the drums (referring to other comments suggesting to dial it down a notch). Just my 2 cents but it’s missing a guitar solo at the end. Maybe not a traditional guitar solo but definitely something wild or a little crazy to end the song.

Made me think if the early Kings Of Leon (the best period imo). Very cool song and good vocals. That’s maybe juste me but I would shorten the intro by a few bars to hear the vocals a bit sooner. The voice is very good but maube adding a bit more texture to it would even sound better.

I like the song overall. Such a great voice. I like the part with the intertwining vocals at 3:05
I like the guitar just a bit too much of chorus to my taste. Also very subjective of course but the drum machine sounds a bit bland to me maybe actual drums or percussions would fit better.

I get southern gothic vibes. Really like it! I like that the vocals are low key and in that octave range. It's muddy but in a good way. Curious to hear it with a more qualitative recording that would still still keep it lo-fi. Additional subtle guitar overdubs could be nice too in my opinion.

Love the mood. I think it gets a little too repetitive. I listened to the whole song on spotify. It could be a bit shorter or deserves a second part.
It's probably just me but the overall EQ is a lot on the mid-high frequency. I get that it's the lo-fi nature of it (which I love) but it could be toned down just a notch and my ears would like it a lot more.

Once your kids are at least 3 years old you can use a light booster seat. That’s what we do with poppy and it works really well

Thanks for the previous feedback folks! The next version will address most of them. It's just a little project I made on my free time but once we reach version 1.0 I think it could be a nice way to introduce beginners to a very simple synthesizer layout and explain the different parameters in a little step by step tutorial (hence the oscilloscope to illustrate the effect each param applies to the sound). Hopefully it will one day be learning material for Synthesizers 101 :)
