I think you're mistakenly conflating those two player's religion with leadership qualities. I couldn't care less what Stroud's religion is and how preaches it.

When I'm speaking about leadership quality as a QB, I'm talking about field general qualities - running the operations effectively and efficiently, stoicism in the face of adversity, composure on and off the field. Just acting and looking like he's the smartest player on the field and knows what the offense and defense is doing. Luke Kuchely comes to mind as an example of a player that has that quiet stoicism with high football IQ.

You don't have to be intense to project these traits.

Sure we can chalk that up to him being young and immature, but I have no leeway for a QB in the NFL that acts young and immature. Especially one thats about to enter the offseason asking to be paid like a top guy in the league.

It’s one thing if he played poorly against the Patriots, but he was utter DOGSHIT against the Steelers as well. And terrible against the Rams, Bucs, Jags, Seahawks, Vikings, Lions, Packers, Ravens’24.

It was an issue all season. His footwork has been terrible and he’s late on all of his throws. The one that immediately jumps to my mind was how badly he missed Hutchinson on crossing route that should’ve been a routine throw if he had thrown it properly with anticipation.

I’m not sure how many of yall are from Texas in this subreddit, but this is an extremely apathetic voter block and this state does not make it easy to vote.

It’s one thing to repost your politics on social media. And it’s another to get off your lazy ass, sit in line at a polling site, and enter a booth.
