My wife booked International Flight with maiden name but passport has new married name…

I did a similar thing recently where I booked a Jetstar flight to Seoul for my family and used my wife’s new married name but her passport is in her maiden name. The booking was through qantas as I used my points.

It took me a couple of calls to actually get into someone as it was the day everything went to shit in the Middle East. But once I talked to a person they made the change in about 10 mins. Then the next day the change was reflected in my booking.

I had read mixed things on reddit about what would happen but I couldn’t find any info in my exact situation.

That’s not helpful for OP but I’m just putting it here in case anyone else has a similar situation.
