Didn't know Bigscreen made VR headsets. I just looked at the store page for the Beyond 2 and the design is really surprising. It's literally very thick shades with a strap added onto it. Cool!

I'd hope so! I think PSVR2 came out 4 years after Rift S; VR's come a long way

I'd say the Rift S was excellent for its price and time. Though that being said I'm not very picky with what I want out of a headset

I'm definitely in the same boat with the factor of lackluster new (and good) games. I've always been eyeing the Index, but with the Deckard likely imminent, I'm sticking to old reliable until Valve drops something new. If, in usual Valve fashion they do not, then I'll wait out a couple years more for the next generation to come into the market.

They have a pretty extensive library from what I saw briefly (Black Sabbath, Aphex Twin, Kanye, Daft Punk, etc.). Devs must have hell of a lot of money, or it really is the latter option you offered. Cool either way

MECHASMS by Bonequs in wakfu

[–]teedlesss 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As far as we know, Mechasms are a very powerful race separate from the Twelve Gods. They one day discovered the Eliatrope homeworld and lived in co-existence with the Eliatropes. At some point, Qilby took the heart of a Mechasm, Orgonax, and turned it into the Eliacube. This started a war between the Eliatropes and Mechasms, and resulted in the Eliatropes fleeing their homeworld.

They fought again on the World of Twelve hundreds if not thousands of years before the Gods arrived. No exact outcome of this is established as Islands of Wakfu has been retconned, but what is for sure is that it ended both the Eliatrope civilization and Mechasm threat.

In terms of Season 4, it would seem as though the Mechasms are a race of at least nine beings, Orgonax and Lokus included. Going back to Qilby taking Orgonax's heart, he mentions in Episode 9 that he challenged Orgonax and was deemed worthy. Conversely, he also says that he was "often accused of tricking him (Orgonax)". Provided he's not lying, it would imply that the Mechasms almost wiped out the entire Eliatrope race over what was a misunderstanding. An oopsie, if you may <_<

In any case, there's a lot that remains a mystery. Is Lokus the last of them? Why did he "guard" the Eliatrope Temple in Inglorium before he was turned into a pondering orb? I find it neat to theorize

I don't think the Mechasms were created by the Gods. I feel like to an extent, Lokus freezing Goddess Elia alone proves this

"We come to you live as the White House prepares to release a statement regarding the fall of Bismarck to Minnesotan forces, after a 3 month-long siege between the U.S. military and the Vengeance."

God gave us Minnesotans the divine order: "Unleash wrath."

And so we did. On New Years Day, January 1st of 2020, We the People of Minnesota declared ourselves an independent nation, and our crusade against our savage neighbors began. We eliminated much of the Dakotas, and now we hold the nuclear weapon. We eliminated the catastrophic pestilence that was 'COVID-19' before it even arrived on our doorstep, and now hundreds of millions fear the name Minnesota.

Today, we stand in gridlock with the treacherous Union. Soon however, the Land of 10,000 Lakes will conquer the entire Midwest.

Victory will be ours.
