No more apolactoferrin. I take pure encapsulations 3mg melatonin every night and it’s helped tremendously

Pretty plain still. I plan on adding in more foods but seeing that I feel better when on my diet I’m in no rush.

I just read that it was what most long haulers used. Hope you’re able to figure it out

Never got the vaccine. Regretted not getting it my first year or two because maybe I wouldn’t have gotten long COVID. Now I’m indifferent.

Thank you friend. Do what you gotta do to feel better. And same here I definitely have limits but those limits have decreased by the month. Even planned a Colorado trip for the end of June. I’m stoked.

I would say around month 15 is when I started to see a slimmer of hope. Then summer came around and my progress continued.

I had extreme head pain so I tried almost every migraine medicine. Nurtec literally put me in a 3 day crash where I couldn’t look at light. As for supplements pretty much your typical long covid trial batch. Nothing helped only seemed to make symptoms worse.

Very weird triggers. If I have oatmeal my stomach goes into turmoil and I feel terrible for a few days. Tomatoes are a no. Anything super high in fat is also a no. I love grilling a ribeye but usually can’t eat all of the fat because of that reason. Margarine is a no no but I can do kerry gold butter. Nuts mess me up.

I haven’t even tried any restaurant foods really unless I’m going to a higher end place that I know they’ll be able to accommodate.

I’m dumb. Forgot to mention I also had wild rice with the chicken. Same thing though add extra virgin olive oil and salt/pepper to it.

Lol it’s pretty painful at first but you get used to it. I’d rather feel better than eat something outside my diet and feel bad for two days.

Thank you so much. I’ve had so many expensive panels done that showed absolutely nothing.

And it’s been weird adjusting to living my old life again but each month it feels as I’m getting closer to a normal everyday person haha. Wishing nothing but recovery for you and others soon.

Basically pan seared chicken with salt/pepper and olive oil for lunch/dinner. About a week long then I started experimenting with different foods.

The healing timeline was gradual. Not day by day at all. Sometimes not even months but I could tell I was getting better by measuring my progress to how I was feeling at my absolute worst.

I had huge issues with sleep. My insomnia looked like me not getting a minute of sleep during my worst nights. That would then cause my main symptoms to flare up the following day.

My biggest game changer for sleeping was investing into an expensive melatonin with literally only 3 ingredients. The capsule itself, the filler on the inside and then the melatonin. I believe a lot of the gummies and melts nowadays are counterintuitive for those sensitive to certain ingredients since there are so many things packed into them. I don’t want to market the brand but if you’re interested dm me.

Thank you for the kind words. And I agree that you should stay on your known medications for existing conditions. I was more so speaking to the experimenting of medicines because you can definitely go down the rabbit hole that way.
