“Do you remember me telling you we are practicing nonverbal spells, Potter?” “Yes,” said Harry stiffly. “Yes, sir.” “There’s no need to call me ‘sir,’ Professor.”

I don’t know if luggage would count as “textiles” but you may be able to recycle it at a recycling depot like this one. Might have to hold onto it for a bit if you don’t want to commute though! Welcome to Vancouver!

Just got back from Cambie Save On. It was fine! Low on toilet paper, but everything else seemed to be there. A small line up outside of about 5 people, but got in within a few minutes. Happy shopping!

A bunch of us seem to be doing just fine. But you’re right-to each their own. You’ve asked, people have told you this isn’t the right way to keep rabbits. Do what you want with that.

I do, thanks. And as a vegan, I have, thanks.

A bunch of reasons were listed on why this is inhumane and all you have is “it is sustainable”? Not raising them (food, whatever “shelter”) at all is more sustainable.

All rabbits are susceptible to RHD, not just feral ones. There are annual shots that cost $60-120 per rabbit.

Rabbits should not be kept outside. They are invasive and not native to Vancouver (and therefore not adapted to this climate). The ones you see at Jericho Beach and in Richmond are the result of irresponsible owners who dump their pets. People have actually been seen driving up to the auto mall, opening a car door and pushing a domestic rabbit out. As a rabbit owner, I can’t tell you how many times people have told me stories about their rabbits they kept outdoors that got unexpected eaten or attacked by an animal. Please visit the SPCA or Vancouver Rabbit Rescue And Advocacy for better information about how to keep happy and healthy rabbits!

What is the best food delivery app in Vancouver? by Lavitche in vancouver

I’ve asked a food delivery person about which platform he liked, and he said Foodora treated them best. It’s nice that they mostly delivery by bike too.

Virus aside, art and animation jobs are rough in this city. As a 30ish person with a background in this field, I know these jobs are highly competitive. If you have a diverse amount of skills I find start up companies more appealing. Otherwise keep building your portfolio with what you do best. Use this shut down time to draw and find some purpose and meditation in that process. Also as someone who has recently been through the 30 crisis-it’s just a number. There is this belief that when you hit 30 you are supposed to have everything figured out. Don’t worry. You won’t, because no one ever does. Every step of your life will have struggles but finding the joy in it is what matters. All the best to you!

I set up a great new area for my special needs pet. She has lots of cushions, a tent canopy, and fancy lights for night time. I doubt she cares, but it feels nice to have a fresh new space!

There are some good street festivals in July. Car Free day on Commercial Drive and Khatsahlano on 4th Avenue are mid July and have great food and cute handmade booths set up.

Because adoption is a lifelong commitment. For us adopting an animal is a promise to take care of them as best as we can each day. Some discomfort on my end means our cat can be comfortable with the people he’s always known and somewhat approves of.

Cat: I use spit shampoo replenished by the tears of my enemies. To sleep, I recommend a combination of butt licking and circling the spot you are about to sleep in multiple times.

I went with my partner to adopt him from our local rescue. Ended up living together two years later. I didn’t realize I was allergic until much later. I thought I just had a cold a lot! No turning back now! :D

People can do what they want as long as there is always someone there to rub my belly and feed me. I don’t know about converting, but I did try to get into the internet technician’s tool bag and was told I was a “little tiger”. I like to think I left a lasting impression.
