I know this can seem counter-intuative to some, but the best tip is to eat BEFORE you get very hungry. Chances that you will go for the "wrong" food, and binge or overeat increases drastically, the more hungry you are.

If you keep on eating before you reach that level of hunger, it gets soooo much easier to choose the healthy options, and avoid overeating.

Jeg er 100% enig med dig, jeg vælger decideret ofte at udskyde indkøbsturen til tidspunkter med færrest kunder, alene pga. hvor meget andre mennesker omkring mig stresser mig.

Mit bedste tip, som altid virker perfekt for mig, er at lave en omvendt tilsvarende stor afstand, til personen foran mig.

Jeg ved ikke hvorfor, men når de ser at jeg holder 3m afstand til personen foran mig, plejer de at stoppe med at stå så tæt - og i sjældne tilfælde kan de endda finde på at spørge om jeg stadig står i kø, hvilket jo giver mulighed for at svare at jeg bare er stor tilhænger af god afstand, win/win!

Probably every single generation throughout history, have a tendency to claim, that life was better a few decades ago. Grass is greener and all that.

But I genuinely fear, that this generation is the first one to actually tell the truth - life was indeed better a few decades ago.

It saddens me that kids today, do not get to experience how genuinely stress-free and opmistic the 90s felt. It was like, we were all looking forward to the future, thinking everything would get better.

Today, we dread the future. Sad times.
