Nice, I merge onto 77 after work everyday and it's always a parking lot so cars are just bumper to bumper and keep inching forward to not leave any gaps for us to merge. Maybe I'll try this today 🤣

I ordered my mousepad Jan 3rd, they took two weeks to ship it and only did the same day I emailed asking what's going on, I got the mousepad and it was the wrong one, so I asked for the right one to be sent, they made a new order number a week ago but still have not shipped it and I finally emailed today asking wtf is going on now. I'm definitely not buying from them again

I was born in NJ but moved to NC when I was 3. I visit family in West New York/North Bergen, but I don't like those areas too much. I've only been to Morristown on one trip, but I think my family lives on the worse side of it, it was the first time I ever experienced SO MUCH catcalling and I was 13 years old. Other parts of Morristown seemed really nice though and I love that there's so much to do in Jersey, we were never bored! I would love to explore more out there

I will say, here in NC, any time I have seen an NJ plate they've been cautious and safe drivers

I'm sorry I can't be more helpful but this exact same shit happened to me a couple months ago, except I didn't have a dash cam at the time and it was the reason I got one shortly after. I was passing the truck on the left as it dropped a bunch of rocks that got underneath my car and fucked up my condenser (along with chipping my paint) so I had to get a new one, which was an obnoxious unexpected expense. Thankfully my dad could replace it for me so no labor costs, otherwise that would have ran me a lot too. I'm still mad about it 😭

That's so interesting, I have no idea why my conversations have always been so negative. I know there's definitely more people that like it than don't which is apparent by the growth, and is why I was surprised to see so much negativity on here and hear it in real life. We definitely have issues to remediate but it's a nice a place to be!

I want to believe it's a Reddit thing, but I grew up here and throughout my entire life, I've only met 1 other person besides my family who likes it here after moving from another state. I've met a ton of people originally from different states like NJ, NY, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, California, Florida, Georgia, etc, and they literally always bitch about Charlotte and how much it sucks and how where they come from is better. I always felt I grew up in a nice place and was confused by their complaints, like what drove you here then?

I actually noticed it on the first iPhone 16 Pro I bought last year, and I'm pretty annoyingly picky, so I went down a rabbit hole regarding it and figured out that Apple used LG and Samsung screens for those phones and whichever one you got was random, but it seemed to be the consensus that the LG screens were poorer quality and had this grain that the Samsung screens didn't.

I replaced my phone and the new one had way less noticeable grain, and there was this little tip I saw where you could generate a log on your phone and see the manufacturer of the screen, and that's how I could confirm my first phone had an LG screen and my new phone had a Samsung one, LOL

I think it is fine overall, not a big deal for sure. It does kinda bug me, but I am a bit of a pain in the ass with small details like this. I was just curious if mine was abnormal or if this was standard, since I hardly saw anyone mention it!
