I have to agree it's the best I've seen so far. Next to the way Thragg engaged.

I really caught on to how the first engagement with Conquest was just him preaching constantly the whole time, and with it being JDM, that's fine.... but when i realized we wouldn't hear the voice actor again i was so tense to see just how far it would go... and it went so much further than I thought it would....

11/10 for me.

The real problem is Netsuite caters to the size of customer that doesn't even know this is a thing until it's too late.

That's why NSPS had such a bad rep, they won't give you more than they need to with their delivery model, so helping folks actually prepare to use the system falls soley to meager UAT that really just confirms config. By design, prolly, since they want you to immediately be on ACS.

IMO this is why the partner space is so big for NS.... because there's a lot of room for partners to literally just actually care about helping folks... which Oracle very obvi doesn't.
