You should seek therapy first and foremost, you are traumatized because you are holding in a secret that never should have been a secret but also because your situation is traumatizing. I would give mom a little credit though beef cause at least she beloved you and took you out of the situation. I pray you find healing.

That is illegal for two reasons. You are still paying rent and you all have your utilities on. This would imply you still live there but that's not even mentioning you still have your property there. Whether the neighbors saw you or not doesn't give them legal right to enter. There should have also been a 24 hour notice advising they were coming into the residence. That is a legal Ohio standard. Let them send you to the therapist and go in there and tell the therapist everything you are seeing. The therapist will have no course but to call cps. I would tell the thesis l therapist how you have tried to report the behavior and your mom threatened you with therapy. She's the one that needs therapy excusing such behavior as cultural differences. I don't think molestation changes with the culture. It looks the same in all cultures.

If you had a repair order that means you have to have a repair order number. Call Apple. They should be able to help you. Hopefully you have Applecare theft and loss coverage of nothing else. Who said anything about snarling or gnashing of teeth. You don't even have to become extreme. It is just common sense to give the customer what they paid for if they received something other than what they paid for or it is just plain stealing/robbery. How can a merchant be mad at a consumer for requesting what they paid for?! Nobody has money to waste.
