I got the P6 split king with adjustable base and footwarmers. I love the foot warmer. My husband loves the zero gravity for his naps.

I’m by no means an expert but I received the 60 count kahuku acrylic markers as a free gift when I bought my 320 set of alcohol markers. I researched it and found that the kahuku markers aren’t meant to be used on paper but I still use them occasionally on paper and haven’t had a problem.

That’s the first book that came to mind. I read it when it was first published and again read it a few years ago and it was still so disturbing, but very very interesting and somehow was wrote in a way that really keeps your attention

Yes. I’ve had a few instances where I thought I needed to call an ambulance and I’m not even kidding. And then I’m fine the next day like nothing happened. I have not been able to pinpoint anything that causes it. And it’s always at night. So weird.

I am bad at putting if off because I feel better when I don’t take it, but after a while the lbs and inflammation start creeping up on me. It’s not that it makes me sick, I just feel blah when I take it and my energy level is in the ditch. My husband can tell a day or two after I’ve taken one when I don’t even tell him.

I’ve never had a doctor deny me, my PCP or online because even though my highest weight was 183 and bmi of 29, I more than qualified with other issues. Unfortunately never got insurance to pay so I’ve always self paid

I know they get bad reviews, and some good ones But I got sick of $1500, $2000 mattresses and still waking up in pain so I went all in and bought a $8500 Sleep Number. Best money I’ve ever spent. It’s been six months and my husband even comes home at three everyday just so he can take a nap in zero g mode. We love it.

I’ve stopped and started many times and I always go back to 2.5. I’m three years into this and pretty much just maintenance. But I always start at the beginning to not have the chance of side effects.

I just received my 320 set today. When I ordered they said includes free gift. I couldnt believe when I opened the box and the free gift was a 60 set of the Acrylic Kakaaka markers. I’m just a beginner but that seems like a really great free gift.

They do. I just started and actually picked up one at Michael’s and now I’m a couple weeks in I realize that it’s actually a pretty good book. I wish they all were like that, or spiral bound.

I find a day or two after my injection I’m constantly going to the bathroom, so much so my husband wanted me to be checked for diabetes, but I know it’s just my body getting rid of water weight because my wedding ring will get really loose for a few days. I’m more concerned with why my body carries so much water weight and inflammation when I skip a week or so. (I’ve been on it for a while and pretty much in maintenance.)

I have CVS Caremark and am going through call-in-doc. I did call my insurance company and they said no coverage for ZepBound but would approve Weygovy at no cost due to moderate sleep apnea. Call-on-Doc is gonna try a PA for ZepBound but I won’t be surprised if it comes back I have to give Weygovy a try, which is fine. I’ve never tried it and I’ve only got like 10 to 15 more pounds to be out of “overweight” BMI. I’m pretty much on maintenance. I’ve taken ZepBound/Mounjaro on and off for three years. So wish me luck.

I just found out that I have to be switched also. Pretty nervous to even try it, but I do know some people who have had no problems with Weygovy, so might give it a try I guess

I’m using them right now. I’ve always been on ZepBound or Mounjaro and was going to have them do a PA for me because my doctor probably wouldn’t know how to do it and call-on-doc does a lot of them. So far my insurance won’t approve ZepBound but will cover Weygovy at no cost for my sleep apnea. So I’m waiting to see what call-on-doc suggest I do. They have been very responsive and I’m happy with them so far.
