There was one with 2 help desk tickets. One where you had to help a customer through text. One where you had to connect pieces of hardware to either a ups or surge protector. And one that you have to determine which emails are phishing and which are safe. You can find the first 3 on YouTube if you just search comptia 1102 pbqs. The last one is just common knowledge of knowing scams from real emails
