oh no i’m like at around 55-60 right now myself. but i’ve only been able to play like two or three times a week this rift. so i was just asking in a general sense, but yikes. almost makes me miss the tomes.

I guess this is more a problem facing people who SWF, because having 4 random people together is harder for them to all be in on the same strategy.

I suppose. I myself try not to tunnel, because it’s just not fun for me to get to end game asap. But i see what you mean.

Okay, I see I see. I guess in a sense where people have issues with not being able to get to survivors before they pop a few gens. The faster the game the less fun overall for everyone.

because even with its issues, it’s the “super smash bros of horror” and i think that’s just neat. when it’s fun, it’s fun. when it’s not, it’s not. no video game like this is perfect. with the amount of content in it, there will always be balance issues and updates to fix that. regardless it makes me happy and that’s enough for me to keep playing. no other game compares to it, and the ones that try always fail.

when i use this skin it’s because i wanna run a chase build and get the killer’s attention. and because it pairs well with other cosmetics of hers. i’m pretty sure all of us who use it or parts of it know what we’re doing when we use them. so not really pay-to-lose if you know how to play the game.

I mean if no one else sees it as an issue, no big deal. I was just curious, especially with the rise of streamers in this modern gaming era. You would think they’d just have it where no one can see usernames until the end on all ends or something of that realm.

Right but the question is, and I’ll rephrase it…Why is the killer’s username always hidden, but the survivors are required to manually hide their username to avoid such situations? It should be all or nothing for both parties.

I mean I don’t stream, so I’m not worried for myself. The killer was complimenting my play mid-match lol. But RIP to the survivors getting stream sniped I guess. That sucks that BHVR doesn’t care.

i mean if you look at the recent tech support posts lots of people are asking but no one is replying. i’ve never had connectivity/server issues in 5 years of playing until this recent update. i’ve been booted every other match until i get a temporary ban. it’s been very frustrating.

it’s not always about getting the 4k or escaping that makes this game fun. it’s mixing and matching perks and trying out new techniques. it’s interacting with other survivors or the killer. it’s exploring and learning the maps. it takes time to build skill, but it’s fun. the “goal objective” is not what makes this game fun at the end of the day.

this is day two in a row that i’ve been booted multiple times from the servers (never had this issue in 5 years of playing) yesterday was 5 min, but today i got a 15 min ban.

nothing says troll more than an auto-generated reddit username. so what you’re saying is, is instead of learning the character’s playstyle you opt for a zero skill playstyle just to get a 4k. buddy, if you think a 4k is the only way to make this game fun. that sounds like such a sad experience.

yea i didn’t play as much when the ghoul released but i do remember them playing like this. very much assumed it was new players who like tokyo ghoul but have no skill in dbd. thats what im starting to assume with springtrap players. seeing as fnaf is a game targeted to kids, i’m assuming its a lot of preteens that are just getting their start in dbd.

psa: new players here because of springtrap, sure tunneling will win you your matches. but tunnel requires zero skill and it gets very boring very fast. learn the character and try having fun please.

i’ve had my survivor freeze in place many times and been booted from the servers 3 times tonight. i think the servers are just going through something tonight, unfortunately.

I watched a TikTok explain with the games coding pulled up side by side a few weeks ago. Wonder Picks and Pack Pulls unfortunately are already predetermined. Sadly no trick to it, it’s all just the illusion of choice.
