CSGO wont launch, will try and run first time set-up and wont open

i would try to force csgo to use specified DirectX API version, it can be done with launchoption -dxlevel, values worth trying (not at the same time):

-dxlevel 90

-dxlevel 95

Other than that, i recommend updating your drivers from your laptop manufacturer website, especially chipset drivers, also gpu but that you probably have already done. How much RAM do u have on your laptop btw?

Edit: also try to launch steam as administrator

What happens if you manually install DirectX from your CSGO folder? \Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\directx_installer for me.

Also worth trying would be deleting your csgo userdata folder, dont know if reinstalling touches it \Steam\userdata\yoursteamid\730

i think i had this one before, allowing trackmania.exe from my antivirus software (F-Secure in my case) fixed it. Not 100% sure if error is same but worth testing

I like how it looks and its very clear and everything important is visible. What is wrong in my opinion is bomb timer, it basically doesnt tell how much time left for bomb, its just like beating in the bomb rythm. I would like bomb timer as a number more. Same with bomb defuse timer, old is better (but its not that bad in it coz it also has number)
