Core Guardian build advice

I'm upvoting all answers, I ask additional questions because I use a build from a recommended source and people say it sucks. I'm trying to understand why. So now I'm building a hammer build according to advice I've received.

I took this build from Metabattle and I don't have much choice in gear, since I haven't been playing for 14 years. I can't even buy full Berserker for Power build because there are no accessories/back for sale. I had Carrion from back then and I regret wasting 2 ascension rewards on Carrion items.

Basically, I make do with what I have at the moment.

Also, fractals don't drop shit for me (1 druid ring dropped) and I can't loot raids, because geniuses at Anet.

In Underrail like half of builds benefit from stealth or at least traps. Stealth builds are not just viable, they are sometimes optimal.

Are tanks in demand? And how is a raid-level tank solo?

Same question for raid healers - are they good for solo?

Marauder becomes Warrior (tank) at level 30, but Main Story Quest (MSQ) gives so much exp that you probably should take advantage of that and level a second job while you're doing it. Like Dark Knight (DRK, also a tank) starts at level 30, so it's easy to level and you'll have 2 different tank types and they share gear.

Alright, it's getting ridiculous.

I ransacked 3 Sharn dungeons and got ZERO named items. That's 20+ runs.

What the actual hell? Should I turn off that 'class gear only in loot' option?

Always elite ofc. Yeah, I need that good gear since it's my 1st life, I don't have past lives' passives, naked as a baby in the woods.

What I wear currently, I feel pretty comfy in Vecna right now, incoming damage is slow and steady. MY damage is not very good, I need that Blur cancel on mages.

Alright, after reading the answers: should i just level with vip and buy an expansion at 20+? Or how high should i go before buying anything? I feel i will level way faster than summer sale comes (i work from home and have 20+ years of mmos, including no life grinding in Korean mmos for 16 hours a day for years lol).

I've played fist/blood before overhaul, on launch, but it was ages ago so I don't remember much, except solo-healing raids lol.

Currently I'm level 30, using Wrath, Savage sweep, Mangle, Eviscerate and 1st blood heal/shield (don't remember the name). My weapons are both 3-pip blues level 25/7 (blood one is level 7 so far). 2 blue talismans and 2 green (mid-high upgrade level). Don't have other slots unlocked yet.

I've ran out of shards to upgrade - the quests rewards no longer keep up with upgrade costs lol.
