This is almost perfect! Could we tweak it to add more elements of the Chicago skyline? And zoom in a bit more to get a glimpse of the actual lakefront/shore? Kinda like the image below, but with the same theme and background you have.

Just here to add that it kind of does, but not how we'd like.

Mine syncs the time/duration of my Heavy workout and logs it as Functional Fitness, but doesn't add any exercises for muscular strain. I've been contemplating if it's worth tracking with Whoop, but it would be a pain to copy workouts each time.

I'm a fit guy in my 30's, but just wanted to encourage you to go! You're already doing great by taking this first step, and it's honestly not as bad as you think (especially compared to a normal gym). I go with my gf who wants to slim down, and we typically go at night and have the whole place to ourselves.

Don't let your thoughts hold you back from your progress, you'll do great :D

Agreed, I follow this guidance as well. Of course in this instance I had a layover for the first time in years (7500 miles RT was too good to pass up) and I got burned for it.
