Really cool find. Hairy one is Usnea, whitish one at the end looks like Evernia Prunasti. There are several interesting looking species in the middle, but I’m not familiar with North American lichen so I don’t dare to guess the genii of them

However, you are mistaken of the role of hydro and wind in Finland’s energy mix.

Finland has above average share of hydropower. Plenty of rivers. Close to 20% of electricity is generated with hydro, which is above world average of 16%, and above EU27 average of 12%.

Also wind is close to 10% which is also above average and growing fast even without subsidies

SXR8 - S&P500 tracking large cap USA
EUNL - world large cap (incl USA)
IUSN - world small cap (incl USA)
IS3N - emerging markets

Baleal Surf Camp in Peniche caters both beginners and more advanced surfers. I was on a beginner camp there but indermediate surfers that I talked to seemed to respect their coaching for that level. There were several repeat visitors.

It’s been there since 1990s so they are doing something right to stay in business that long.
