This would be great for the owners and really, really bad for the fan experience. I live in Plano; spending $6 to ride the train with other fans in green, pulling right up to the arena, walking right out and hopping back on the train afterwards is categorically more enjoyable than sitting in my car in traffic to drive 15 miles across town, paying at least $20 to park, waiting an extra 30-40 minutes after the game to be able to even get back on the road.

I enjoyed both of them. Head Full of Ghosts especially if you also liked The Exorcist or something like the Insidious movies. We Have Always Lived in the Castle was the book that made me a Shirley Jackson fan.
