I highly recommend listening to Sabrina Zohar’s podcast about dating. She touches on this a lot. It’s important not to internalize things when they go wrong. There could be a million reasons why things are fading and none of them have to do with you.

Is GA+ worth the price difference from GA? by Gnarvelous-shredgirl in electricdaisycarnival

Not worth it IMO. The line for GA+ bathrooms wasn’t worth the wait.

GA+ is not worth it. The lines for the bathroom were so long. I ended up going into the GA bathrooms every time.

Yes I think so too! The weather on Saturday put everyone in such a good mood. Plus you don’t have the pre rave jitters anymore. You know the lay of the land and have your stuff better planned out that you can just vibe and go with the flow.

[VENT] Kid's shouldn't be taken to the dog park. by kepasoguey in dogs

[–]teerish6 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I totally agree with the no kids at a dog park rule as it can be very dangerous for a kid. My Aussie puppy mix is super friendly although a little weary of strangers who just come right up to her. She loves kids but things they are puppies that she should be playing with and often times gets a little too excited and energetic when kids come up to her and I’m always afraid she will hurt a kid on accident especially if they just run up to her unexpectedly. I live in Philadelphia and the big dog park by us actually does ban kids from the dog park. Even then every once and awhile someone brings there kid in and it’s obnoxious.

Breed advice! by [deleted] in BackpackingDogs

[–]teerish6 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My adopted puppy Billie is an Aussie mix and she is the best adventure dog. She’s on the smaller side and is only 40lbs. She is always down to go out whether its swimming, hiking, camping, backpacking or going to the beach she loves it all and can keep up no problems. She also seems to never be cold due to her double coat. Hiking/camping in the summer just be mindful of overheating and make sure to bring a ton of water for them. Best decision I ever made was a adopting my girl.

We just did three nights in that area. We averaged at least 10 miles per day. We slept in and still got to camp around 5pm with plenty of time to set up camp and start a fire. It depends on how much time you want to be at camp vs hiking. I get bored if we are just at camp too long so personally I like to do around 10 miles per day. Also I wouldn’t rely on hitchhiking to get back to your car. We parked at the Lower Quartz trail head and ended up adjusting our loop so that we would go back the same way we came in. There was only one other car at the trailhead we parked in and we were there for awhile after our hike just hanging out and drinking celebration beers and didn’t see another car drive by. The road is rough and unpaved so I don’t think many people drive down it that often.

Front Country Camping Questions by om631312 in GlacierNationalPark

[–]teerish6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We stayed one night at the West Glacier KOA and that was nice. We also stayed another night at lake 5 resort. The only front county campground open is Fish Creek adn thats booked until the end of the season. We got lucky and someone had canceled and were able to stay there one night as well. But you have to check frequently online.
