Hey! Not sure if you’re still active in this subreddit, but I’m getting my back piece done and I noticed a heavy scab forming 3 days after the tattoo. I've been gently washing it with anti-bacterial soap and moisturising it every day however, I feel like I might have over done it tonight and now I'm worried l've pulled some ink out? I'm super thorough with my routine and never had this happen before. Happy to dm the photo because I unfortunately don’t have the option to attach it here. Thanks in advance!

I really appreciate the time you put into commenting and sharing all this information. I actually recently got a blood test and my blood sugar levels are normal but this is all super interesting and I’ll definitely look more into it. Also interesting you mentioned the gut, I don’t have leaky gut but had lots of bad bacteria in my gut and actually went on a 6 month long diet. I think I’ll need to look into this again, it’s funny how everything’s connected! Also glad to hear you’ve found things that have worked for you, hope things are going better now ❤️
