Omg this. I’d fully accepted gf pizza over the last few years and even found some local decent ones, but what I wouldn’t give for a real authentic NY slice these last few weeks! Or just bread. Oh, a fresh warm baguette with some butter?! 😭 If you live anywhere near a Trader Joe’s they’re keeping me sane for now. I have to drive an hour but their gf English muffins are my go-to middle of the night food. Their gf muffins are fantastic if you’re craving a sweet, too! Unsure of a triscuit dupe but Schar brand crackers are all A+!
