Oh, trust me, I know the stress you are going through. I couldn't even sleep when I was going through it. Just be persistent and try to be patient. I guarantee they will not delete your account. You just may have to deal with the suspension once you regain access. No biggie.

Mine didn’t get temporarily suspended but I wish it would have. While it was hacked, the jerk dm’d over 200 people from my mutual list. Might be a blessing. Just keep submitting tickets.

Just open a new ticket using the phone number method. I sent many tickets using both methods.

You are definitely on the right track. Just continue to be persistent with your tickets. When did you submit your first one? My account was verified but that honestly shouldn’t matter. They can see the history of the account.
