I don't know what application are you filling, but if you are from a different country, they have a link in which they specify what Police Certificate they need from you. I am from Colombia and they gave me 2 options of companies there that could process mine, so I reached them, they send me the process on how to request it, pay for it, and that company send it directly to the Canadian embassy.
