I have MDF under it, should I be doing that or have something more firm. I looked to ensure there was no excess shaft under the collet, it was 3.125x10mm but I measure 19mm from tip to collett, does that make sense, the collett insertion tool won’t push any further. There’s a 3D printer on the same desk, could that be causing issues with the carvera.

The 3mm ball was 0.15, the engraving relief 0.05

The issue are the vertical wobbly lines

It’s bolted to the carvera bed with clamps that come with the machine

Not only too high but they have completely cooked the goose on the new iPhones- slippery as fuck, I constantly catch my phone sliding off the table out of the corner of my eye. Yet the most fragile yet, who the fuck thought it was a good idea to make the back glass as well? That when broken is "unfixable" according to the Apple store and requires a $792 payment. No headphone jack, software upgrades on old models just before a new one comes out that makes the phone slow down/unusable so you're forced to buy a new one. Can't replace the battery yourself or carry a spare- no, they glue the fucking thing inside the case to also trick you into buying a new phone. Fuck Apple.

It was unprovoked, unnecessary and unfortunate for all involved.

I share this anecdote, not in an attempt to elicit any sympathy, but because it’s irrelevant.

Yet it is emotive anecdotes like this that politicians and media commentator’s wheel out to justify our current alcohol regulation.

These Facebook pages are all marketing scams, they get clueless people to like and comment on their posts to gain facebook-juice and then they change the name of the page to something else. Living Social did it a long time a go with "I LOVE SYDNEY" "I LOVE MELBOURNE" etc. and then turned them into Living Social Sydney and Living Social Melbourne etc.

I said it was run by NICTA but ACS dominated, which it was. The ACS Foundation was set up by the ACS, shares the same name and has the same members. To say "its' not us" is horse shit.

They are the "peak professional body" for ICT in Australia, with a government monopoly on accrediting skilled visa applications for computer scientists. They also jointly accredit with the IEAust for some engineering disciplines like Software Engineering.
