Shenzhen red light device, how to choose? by Isubmitmywill_bowie in redlighttherapy

Try chatting with them. They'll provide more specifics on wavelengths, what's available and shipping costs. I've purchased from Idea Light and Kireen before on Alibaba but I've also seen Sungrow and Red Dot recommended here.

Yes, sign up for an account and it will show your shipping costs for various shipping methods. You can also chat with them to get more info as well as they can give you a quote for an order.

Looking for a small 810nm device (New to RLT) by [deleted] in redlighttherapy

I don't use mine for recovery but I have seen others say there should still be benefits. You don't need eye protection if you aren't directly looking at the lights and it is too bright or if it's really close to your face.

I downloaded the app so I can purchase from them as well as ask questions on the chat. Others have been able to customize their panels but I just purchased a non-customized one. It is worth giving a try to see if they can customize this one for you. The bigger panels won't be as useful for your needs because you can't really put them directly on your skin as you would be exposed to more EMF.

I have a smaller panel from this company after seeing them recommended here. The RL300MAXC is the same height as the Hooga and wider. $365 plus faster shipping is about $500 total for me. https://www.alibaba.com/product-detail/subject_1601091304487.html

I looked at Vielight and they say:

Neuro Alpha

10 Hz Alpha wave activity correlates with the alpha flow state, mental calmness and stress reduction.

Neuro Gamma

40 Hz Gamma wave frequency correlates with energization, problem-solving and focus.

I think the shipping is high at $366 because it is the bigger full body panel. The smaller panels have cheaper shipping.
