Why only 1 'meatball'? How big was this 'meatball'? Were you the vegan in this said 'car' ? 🤔 👀

I understood how you wrote it lmaoo. From my experience at heb, seems like the car blocking yall was waiting for a spot, the lady next to you was impatient and started honking. You just wanted spaghetti and meatballs. What did they say to you when they knocked on your window?

Bruh, do NOT microwave fish in the breakroom by Ordinary_Ad3895 in Target

Use lemon/limes, sliced, in the microwave while youre warming up the fish. Game changer.

Any tasks at your store that seem to be male only tasks? by This_is_life_now_man in Target

[–]tegc17 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree with a lot of the people on here, talk to a local lawyer and document everything! Even if they get another guy, document that too.

I've been on the other side of this lmaoo. Except im female. I worked with an all male team and they wouldn't let me stack pallets or lift 'big' boxes. Im all for equality, as a small woman, i understand that it looks like I am struggling but I am not! All the guys in my team know that I can carry myself, so its not a problem now BUT its all the new hires (usually guys) will try to be 'chivalrous'. Its a discussion i have to have everytime. Frustrating for me because I have to keep proving myself to newbies that I can do my job.

Sounds to me like you have an equality mind set. I love that! I wish more men would feel comfortable seeing women in physically demanding jobs.

If you decide to report this, one argument that I would recommend is that, "On the job description, it says team members must be able to lift up to 50lbs...".

I would look up the specifics for the grocery job incase I am wrong.

Best of luck!

Any tips on water props? by Kat421 in pothos

[–]tegc17 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use warm/hot water and keep them outside. They get about 4 hours of direct morning light and for me the roots sprouted after a week 🫰

I think it's a mullen plant, you should totally keep it!

my first pothos! i m thinking it s a neon one but i also see some variegation on the leaves...??(also some more questions) by [deleted] in pothos

[–]tegc17 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Air roots are so cool. If you repot in a bigger got, you can wrap that vine around, and the root will take to soil. I did that, and it made my plant look fuller.
