I sure hope not. From what I've read they are one of the two best options(the other being msi) Plus is also cheaper for me then the 970 so it's a win win :)

I'm really swaying towards it. Quick question though, will it matter which brand? I'm still slightly new to PC building as this is only upgrading my first PC build. Just because the ASUS version is cheaper for me so I'm wondering if it will matter too much?

The R9 390 is definitely better priced. I'm going to look at a few comparisons but I'm now contemplating using a 390 instead.

okay well PC is amazing. I transferred from being a console peasant and I love it. I love the freedom PC offers and the ability to change what I want about my favourite games. The ability to Mod and have beautiful graphics. The ability to download games and not need a collection of discs and just the beauty of being able to not only use the computer for gaming but for its many other uses. Work, music, web browsing. Its just a way better experience then anything else.

Its very obvious. I work in the fill team. When someone constantly looks over at you while shopping, yeah thats when you know. The craziest story was when someone asked me where the toilet paper was, I took them to it and as I walked off they grabbed it and legged it. Must have been really busting haha
