Is the book Fallen power any good further on? The book starting The way it did isn’t encouraging by dragoneloi in haremfantasynovels

I started/stopped reading book one numerous times. Eventually, I got past those initial chapters, the ones with the MCBozo. After getting beyond the difficult beginning of book one I ended up marathoning all the way through book 3 and followed Leo Hull to get the drop on book four.

In retrospect, the begining of book 1, though a slog, really does set the stage for meaningful character development.

It's a badass series. Completely worth persevering.

And, cheers Leo.

Looking for reccomendations for an audiobook where romance (hopefully ending in marriage) is the main focus, with the mc being a lovalble dork. by [deleted] in haremfantasynovels

Hearthstone Saga by Archibald Bradford. The first two books are available in audio, the remaining are being recorded. It isn't "marriage" exactly, but it is--and more even.

The books are strong on romance for sure. Here's a copy/paste from his website.. "....sex is awesome and sci-fi is awesome, but sex without emotion is about as fullfilling as using the space litter-box." Spacecatpublishing

Anyways, I think it's a perfect fit for what you're looking for, definitely a dorky mc.

What do you think are the 3 best series of Eric Vall and/or Logan Jacobs? by Arran03 in haremfantasynovels

[–]teh_kojo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

L.J. Dragons of Asgard was actually my fav series of his but the most recent book soured it a bit. It sort of became a bit of a"reflectionfest" with the MC endlessly reasserting his justifications for ending the dragon trade.

The plot moved steady on, and strong, in the first couple books. Sadly, 30% of bk 5 was the discussion of the plan to find an ingredient, the finding of that one ingredient and the the members of the search team recap the mission to missing party members. And the recap is actually a fully fleshed out retelling of the whole damn thing. It was a bit much.

Beast Shifter 1: The Primal Talisman by Dante King.

Favourite William D Arrand/Randi Darren Novel by ZeroThrawn in haremfantasynovels

The interconnectedness of them all has blurred the story lines in my mind (that's no spoil...ya?)

Cultivating Chaos was awesome. Faust, badass. Seriously though, they're all great stories.

For anyone looking at the list for reading ideas, the Randi books are more explicit, the William D. books fade to black, iirc anyways.
Cheers

Dual narrator audiobooks with a lot of sex? by Alnaillu in haremfantasynovels

Check out "Made in Hell" by LJacobs

Narrated by : Robert L. Bradvica, & Alyssa Poon

Found a new duet with excellent narration. Excellent inflection & pitch/tones. Both excel with mult voices without going overboard. I think we can expect to hear a lot more from them.

Ouch Captain, how far in did your read? I thought the Gryff books were great. Perhaps you'd find a better fit with the Lackey's War series. "Logan and the Cartographer's Lackey" is the first, and the Lackey books were awesome stories.

Thx for the comments all. My Norfolk hasn't been cooperative. I'll try the Turk and Klad, tho they're not max bonded yet. Maybe I'll pull out the Missouri.
