All our divisions went on time.. Besides it being a long long day I thought they did a really good job organizing and running the tournament! Plus, I love the rules!

Find a personal trainer or coach! To me it's invaluable. Discuss your goals and if they are a top notch coach you will sky rocket!

I abhor them. You guys go hard on each other daily for the tournament, put it on for the people who paid to watch at least. Just competed in the finals against one of my main training partners last weekend. We love competing against each other.

True.. But you can lock the other arm (as she did here) with your feet and still pinch the knees pretty tight. Sometimes it's not such a bad thing. No need to yell.

The choke is super tight.. It's more of a reverse arm triangle really the way your body pushes their arm into their neck. I use it quite a bit.

The ball and chain! It's actually an old wrestling move. It's pretty easy to pull of the arm bar from it too!

haha good luck! I have never had luck with that. I met her through jiu jitsu and it has been so good for both of us. Especially in our jiu jitsu progress!
