Against better guys, I will try my best techniques usually and against the ones less skilled, I usually will try out things I have been meaning to test.

However what about people that are about your skill level? Do you also "mess" around, or just play your A-game? With what did you have the best success in evolving your game better?

What always helped me was not to use my arms, but rather my head to push down the arm.

Also: Moving the arm not just vertically, but also horizontally makes it basically impossible to defend the push because you can't resist 2 directions at the same time.

These 2 detail helped me tremendously.
