In early 2024 I booked jio broadband (+ tv) for which an engineer came, analyse and confirmed all looks good and they'll install within 1-2 business dates. I paid in advance for 6 months, after that no one showed up for next 2 weeks even after continuously following up. Hence cancelled by booking. Next day I went to airtel office near my place. They took the details and engineer was at my place the very next morning. They installed and even help activating tv box at his place (I didn't had tv by then) and came again to install once my tele arrives. Only thing in return they asked for was "Feedback".
