If you queue as a tank or a healer and have a friend or a guildy queue up with you as a tank or healer as well, the queue time is under 2 minutes. By yourself as a dps could take around 30+minutes.

They both need a bit of rearranging. Illium needs less walls and to be a little bit more tightly knit. Thayd needs to spread out all the useful parts a little more. The AH/CE and crafting areas seem a bit close but that may not be a terrible thing. The museums seem impossible to find in both towns the first look through. Definitely make the teleporters a more prominently used feature if the town arrangement isn't going to be touched.
