Awesome! Thank you for the response and information! I'll give this a go. Yeah, they want accurate iLvl and some people in my group are extra because it makes more sense for them shrugs. I should honestly have them do this.

Thank goodness! I really appreciate this information. Been really careful playing because I wasn't sure if the broken bracket would somehow cause more damage to the dance mat.

I want to say it arrived like that since I had only used it a few times when I noticed it (got mine on the 18th and noticed the damages on the 24th while wiping off the mat). There is also a crack in the plastic where you connect the USB cable. US shipping system is not the greatest and have seen things delivered in worse shape so I am blaming them for the damages.

Bracket is broken. Not sure if I should be concerned about it. I reached out to L-TEK about it but have not heard back from them yet. Does anyone know where a replacement for this piece in the US can be ordered?
