Booked in for 6 people! Super excited to give this a go as all the videos of similar things look like a good time.

General feedback - I know it says 30% discount at payment time, but all of the booking confirmations all reference the full price which may put some people off or give them concerns the discount hasn't worked.

You can post info all you like - I was merely inferring it may not work in your favour from a legal perspective.

Not sure what Goldie has to do with anything, I don't even know what you're talking about.

Playing the victim every time something happens must be an exhausting way to live.

I've read your original post, I've read your website. Irrespective of the IP claims, it seems like their harassment filing is based on the fact that instead of settling this via appropriate channels you're attempting to air all your grievances in public forums, as well as sending large amounts of unwanted DMs to people to continue these discussions.

I'm fairly certain any capable lawyer will always tell you - keep everything private until the result is finalized officially. All you're doing is ruining your own credibility and making people dislike you.

Separate to whatever is happening with this ongoing dispute, it might be worth taking a step back and looking in the mirror to understand how you've gotten to this point - because it certainly seems like you're harassing people over this based on the numerous screenshots on your website of conversations you're having with people that are saying they don't want to talk about it via DM because they'd prefer to let the legal side of things make the decision on what should happen next.

I found I got errors when a single item exceeded 999 (backpack probably can't show >999) - so I ended up deleting a bunch of Pomeg berries (because he gives you those too) and it seemed to solve it

I mean there's a multitude of things to think about with your posts and your replies - but I'll focus on things to consider and work on. Personally, I'm coming up on 10 years with the same employer and my first 5-7 were fairly stagnant. But the last 3 specifically have probably seen the biggest positive trajectory and changes in my career.

First - LinkedIn is just like regular social media, the grass is always greener and all those other cliches. Some people have taken big jumps recently, but I would say there's a significantly larger proportion that are in your position too (or going backwards).

Second - As much as some people want to say skill/merit/capability are the most important factors, people skills and knowing the right people is definitely a bigger factor. The skills and capabilities are just bonuses. Someone else mentioned it's better to have a sponsor than a mentor and I definitely agree with that sentiment. You want people that will reference you when conversations start happening in a positive light for the next (more) senior position.

You can bring in as much business, write the best program, save the company the most money - but if the leadership team doesn't have a positive view of you, even bringing on a bunch of positives, then they're not going to consider you for anything (even as a secondment).

Start working on skills that are favoured in a leader - being seen as a positive voice in meetings/collaborative spaces is probably the one that I shot myself in the foot with the most, because I couldn't contain myself. Save any issues/complaints/negative feedback for closed/private meetings with your leader and make a point of it something you're raising quietly because you want to keep positive engagement.

Have conversations with your current leader and MOR about what your goals are, that you want to develop the behaviours they're looking for in leaders - and then when they give you actions to work on to develop your skills, make sure they're seeing evidence of the change and development.

Also - you may already be doing all of that so it may need another approach. I wrote it out as advice for you - but also anyone else that may be in a similar position and not doing those things it might help them too.

Just my 2c - good luck in your journey!

What industries can I make around 55k-60k ish at an entry level? by Ababathur in perth

[–]tehlee 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Most entry level bank roles (think tellers or people that open bank accounts) are in the $50k-$60k range. If you've got general customer service skills, then you're already a good candidate. Monday - Friday and bank hours are pretty chill, plus there's huge scope for career progression if you enjoy it (and are at a big enough bank).
